I got off my lazy duff early this morning and headed on in to the Farmers' Market. It was even raining fairly strongly, but I decided it would be best to go by foot. Sure enough, got there without too much difficulty, and besides all the rest I bought, I ended up buying an entire box of enormous peaches ("Fairfield"? "Fairweather"? Somesuch variety

Either with the peaches or the knee. If it still hurts, you really might want to consider finding non-walking, non-bike riding methods to get to work. Gasp, I know, but...

Nevah! ;-) Actually, the morning finds me and my knee just fine, as I munch on yet another enormous peach!

On the fruit front - I know I'm okay, and the pesticide load is low, when I haven't any skin reaction to the peach consumption.
