Loki had done his best to shut himself off from all the extra senses he possessed as an angel. Foresight and the keepers of fate, they were, and he always had to work hard to not know when he was about to be stumbled upon.

It helped, though, being up in the mountains.

So when he realised he had company, it was slightly belated, and he looked half surprised to see another figure and a horse standing a way off in the snow.

It was her.

"Think you took a wrong turn." He finally spoke, blue eyes fixing on her form as he smiled slightly, the greeting one of the most pleasant he'd ever gifted her with. "Nobody up here to give VD to, Pes."

She approached him on horseback, before dismounting and hovering awkwardly.

"I was feeling...better, so I went for a ride. Took a while."

Shivering a little despite her coat, she sat down in the snow beside him, looking out.

"You come here often?" He teased with a corny pickup line, blue eyes lit up with the amount of snow around, and he glanced back out over the view.

It was magnificent. He'd always thought it was a shame that only those who could make it up to the top would ever be able to experience this.

She'd come here to get away from him, but that wasn't quite working out as planned.

"Oh yeah - great music, good wine, best dancing on the continent." She shot a sidelong glance at Loki. "Company could be worse."
