Wow. I've really been remiss in my "duties" here at LJ. I haven't been reading my friends list, I haven't been posting anything - I've just been generally absent and lazy. Actually, I've been busy. I've been busy with stuff that interferes with my blogging motivation, but have made an effort to start putting some time into it again nonetheless

As far as I'm aware, GoDaddy.com isn't moving normal webhosting to Windows - just domain parking. Still, if you're moving for ideological reasons, go for it. Let me know what webhosts you decide you like.

Well, I'll probably host myself on a 486 Pentium. Gentoo, Apache, MySQL.

If that's what works for you, go for it. For myself, though - I'm not so keen on having to recompile Apache because of a bugfix.
