Celebrities get off way too easy when it comes to the legal system. Totes not fair. If it were a normal person, she would be in jail for a lot longer.

I know! My roommate's brother violated his probation and was in jail for at least a month. Stupid California and their over crowding issues. But I have a feeling she'll be back in jail in no time because despite the easy terms of her probation she will probably violate it...again.

They should just send her to jail in Nevada or something. I know they can't do that...but still.
