Weights can wait. Trying to do everything at once works out worse than building up comfortably.
Like my parents and I were having sensible conversations about investing for retirement and medical stuff that I apparently have a Family History Of to get checked out, on account of no longer having to fear "pre-existing condition, never be insured again!" and anyway, I'd be likely to have the same employer-based insurance clear until Medicare age.
Now they keep reassuring me that if things go really wrong, I can move back home, and asking my brothers if they have current passports.
