I tend to shy away from Loki fic, but this is you. As always, the way you can wield words to construct such clear imagery and evoke such real feelings is excellent. Also, I love Loki's innocent confusion about things he hasn't encountered yet.

Ugh. Really, you'd be horrified. I will never understand people. (One of the benefits of a big fandom, though, is that it's easier to find that 7% of fic that I actually want to read, so there is that!)

Also the library scene: still uncomfortably sexy.

He only cradles Loki's head with his hands quite gently, and kisses without rancour or revulsion until Loki himself begins to feel uncomfortable.

LITERALLY THE MOST BITTER-SWEET EMPHASIS ON BITTER. Auuuugh, theeeem. That could have all gone so differently.

Odin: literally the worst father, ever.
