Late Night Track Change
I had a dream last night
that woke me from my sleep
there was a fire giving light
to the blood lapping at my feet
and the walls of my home
were bare, broken to the beams
where there had once been stone
there were now only screams;
I had a dream last night
that cracked me to the core
there was a terrible blight
ripping both my ears raw
and the speakers of my stereo
were trembling like a pylon
where the words of art let go
replaced by the sound of Paul Simon.
