Reality Check
My dad had a heart attack this morning, or as the doctor put it, he 'tried' to have a heart attack. He'd apparently woke up with stomach pains that he thought was gas. He took some gas pills and it subsided. He had a quick meeting at 10a, where he developed the pain again, and this time they were much more severe. He actually called 911 as he ( Read more... ) -
Fussy + drool x hand gnawing = teething?
That's what it seems like. Stephen is 15 weeks on Wednesday, and though that's a bit early, everything I've read seems to point towards teefs.
We have a doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks, so I'll confirm with her. Until then though, my poor little guy is going to be nom nom nomming on cold, wet facecloths and soothers dipped in ice water -

Road trips!
Way back, when my friend Ang still lived in BC, I'd talked about driving out there whenever I was on maternity leave with the baby. Ang is back in Ontario now, but I'm thinking some road trips with the wee man are in order. I'll admit, I'm a little nervous at just the two of us heading out, but it will be nice to see...well, everybody :)
