The really jacked up part is that we are. We've had more than 1 competitor completely shut their doors in the last month, and huge layoffs in the whole industry (Ameriquest laid off 3,800 people and shut down 229 offices this year). The whole industry is falling to shit, it's a wonder we'll still around at all.
