You know, you've got to take steps, and while Zuko doesn't heal as fast as say, his lover, he is healing well and rapidly. This does require, however, a fair bit of therapy, things instructed to him by the others.
So... he's doing some moving in the halls, taking stairs very gingerly -- and using crutches that Spoon had once abused.
He is looking overthoughtful, but hey; the bossman is up and moving. There has been a sign posted in 202 while he's up (and briefly inside there) about the vampire hunting team (which makes the knowledge of Harth's escape a certainty) and then he goes about, just-- looking to run into people, check on people-- generally doing what leaders do: Making sure their people are okay.
It's the part of his job he likes... seeing the people when they're happy.
Not that everybody will be happy. But he can still hope!
Now if it wasn't so exhausting to move about.
