I agree they're very cute but I guess the problem is there's little to work with them. For NZ we don't even know if he's a boy or a girl yet or which sort of character he/she has... Wy is better characterized but since all her neighbours aren't I guess it's kind of troublesome to use her... (though Wy can be drawn! She's so cute!)
