Need help !! :)

I've been looking for a fanfic and it's driving me crazy that I can't find it! Google has failed me (I never thought I'd see the day).

It's (from what I remember) a 3 part fanfic. It was super long (100 000 words or more for 2 of the parts i think) and it talked about Alex's life in the witness protection program, then when she left and went back
