What was the episode where Benson investigates a case and her ex was the victim? He had HIV and Olivia freaked and got tested? Which episode was that?

All i remember is that Alex and Olivia are in a relationship and that they a yellow post it note on the fridge that keeps track of ppls phone numbers they get though out the day and all it is is a friendly competion between them.  Thats all i can really remember, so if anyone can help it would greatly be appreciated!!!!
