But we know that she was born in either 1967 or 1968. She said in 8.19 Florida that her mother was raped in 1967. In 1.11 "Bad Blood," Munch went to the 55th Precinct to search for original case information to help Benson. The detective who investigated Serena Benson's rape was dead, so another detective showed Munch a notepad where he had written down a few details. Munch asked what particular notes meant, and the detective told him that it was 1968 and gave him the name of a suspect.
We know that SVU isn't always the greatest when it comes to continuity, but for both pieces of info to be true, Serena would've been raped in 1967 as Olivia said (perhaps in December) and that suspect would've entered the investigation in 1968 (perhaps January), and that would place Olivia's birthday sometime in September. Personally, I just assume she was born in 1968.
BTW, those months are entirely my assumptions. I really wouldn't go by them as I think they are far too technical and there is probably more wiggle-room for the exact month she was born.
I think we can all agree on the year being either '67 or '68. I'm also leaning more toward '68. Somewhere along the way, I can't remember if it was in "Bad Blood" or if it was mentioned in passing in another episode later on, that Olivia mentioned that her Mother was raped in the summer/late summer of '67. I could be wrong. I could be mentally blending canon and fanfic. If it was canon, that would put her birthday around March or April of '68. But, like you said, these are also entirely assumptions on my part and there's lots of wiggle-room. Since I'm someone who believes in astrology, I personally think Olivia's personality fits more with an Aries or Taurus. That's just my personal opinion though.

I don't recall her ever saying saying it was the summer. In Bad Blood, when you listen to the evidence tape, Serena says that she was in the campus library until around midnight. This was repeated in Florida, with the added info that she worked in the dining hall to pay her way through. This makes me think that it was sometime during the fall or spring semesters of school. Serena Benson did say in Bad Blood that "it was darker than usual" and the winter does have these types of nights, so I don't know.
