Tonight's Fun Educational Facts involved Presidential longevity. After asking how old Mary Todd Lincoln was when she died (she had asked about Abe's age the other day), MiniPlu wanted to know which president had lived the longest. Amazingly, I hit on the right Google keywords right off the bat, and the answer is: Gerald Ford, at 93 years, 163 days, beating out Reagan (93y 120ish days). Interestingly enough, third place goes to ... our second president. John Adams' only other competition came from Hoover, who lived a few days less (90 years and change) - otherwise, he held the Longest-Lived title for nearly 200 years. Pretty amazing
