I really don't know about this episode. I normally don't like Artie because he's often cruel, but I didn't understand the cruelty towards him this episode. It was unwarranted.

Becky, I really dislike.

Weren't there hints of Rachel/Sam a few episodes ago?

The "newbies" got virtually no lines. I was a teensy bit sad, which surprised me.

Rachel was also really unlikeable this episode.

Elliot. I'm going to miss him so much! I really think they should try to make him a cast member for the last season. Dani too, although it seems something happened there we don't know about?

Yay Wemma! I do like them together and I'm glad they're getting their happy ending.

Yeah, the way Artie was treated was really odd because it was supposed to be a Seniors thing and, well, he's part of that group, and the episode before he was good friends with both Tina and Blaine and suddenly they're excluding him from things, so...I have no idea why the writers thought that wouldn't look strange, but it did ( ... )

Please tell me why the writers decided to make Becky so awful? My thoughts are that people with Downs are usually portrayed only as very mentally deficient, or as nice. It was refreshing at first to see her be sarcastic and sexual, but I think they've overplayed that story arc and have made her one-dimensional the other way now.

I'm tired of high school now and can't wait for the all New York episodes.

I have no idea, but I agree, the fact that Becky was snarky and not just nice was good at first, but then they took it way too far and haven't really tried to pull that part of her character back any.

It's going to be a strange dynamic in New York with only five or six characters, but I think it's a needed change because the high school stories have been getting a little repetitive.

I liked the Blamtina parts. Those guys are very amusing together. =) But I also didn´t understand why they didn´t want Artie with them. Even Blaine, who´s usually nice to everybody.

It´s so weird Dani didn´t get a bigger part. Did Demi get suddenly sick, or too busy or something?

Anyway. Can´t wait for graduation!!! I really really hope NY will be better, and not only "mature" (sad) episodes like the spoilers say. D:

I literally think that the writers just wanted Blamtina and couldn't figure out a way to exclude Artie so they...decided to make all of them really mean for some reason (even though last week Tina had nothing but good things to say about Artie) so that Artie was excluded from senior events he...should have been able to go to. It was just sloppy writing, I think.

Demi was sick when they were filming the puppet episode b/c she was supposed to have her own puppet made and everything, but after that it seems like she had a falling-out with Fox (she said she was quitting X Factor and then when asked about Glee basically changed the subject)so I'm not sure what exactly happened, but it seems like they're not on the best of terms right now.

Yeah, some of the spoilers for New York sound a little heavy, but I'm sure there will be enough lighter storylines to balance everything out.

I'm getting the feeling that the newbies are just going to be window dressing for the next few episodes and then they'll never be mentioned again.

It sounds like they have a bit of a story in the Nationals episode to kind of wrap up what's been going on with the Jake/Marley/Ryder thing, but in the 100th/101st episodes it seems like they'll just be in the background and they don't get to sing or anything, which is a little sad (moreso for the actors because I never truly warmed up to most of their characters although I don't mind any of them)

So, I only noticed you did THIS one from seeing that you did one from this PAST week - I thought you skipped it altogether so I never commented b'c I didn't see the pics! (I'll look at them next...)

Thoughts: which, by the by, will be more positive than whatever I say re THIS present wk's episode b'c I didn't like this wk's episode:

Didn't like all that much in this ep either but --

1- Liked seeing a lot of AL (Starchild/Elliot [who I did not know was off to go sing on tour; I thought he had signed up for a bunch of future eps. That's makes me ultra, ultra sad!! Seriously.]) Loved hearing him sing a bunch of different styles b'c I like his voice (best on the show at the moment, IMO.)
2- Jane Lynch's lines: most esp'ly her: Oh God, why!! were delivered w' pinpoint accuracy. I hope there is a plan in place to keep one of the few people on Glee who can actually act.
3- Sam's response to Blaine of '5th wheel, dude...' was hilarious.
4- 'One Three Hill?' MUCH better name than 'Pamela Lansbury'. Really, anything would be but I LOVE ( ... )

It sounds like Adam's kind of doing the episodes as long as his schedule works out, but he's going on tour as the lead singer of Queen this summer so I'm sure that's going to take a lot of rehearsing. But I think the tour ends in late July, so if he has nothing after that he'll probably be back next season because he interviewed last week that he wants to come back ( ... )
