...My god I feel old. Me and my friends last night ending up Marathoning the old Legend of Zelda cartoons from the late 80s/early 90s last night, while making cookies, eating pizza and playing board games. It was indeed awesome.

I mean on some levels, compared to the Zelda games you kinda just hang your head in shame (though I TOTALLY didn't realise they were using the sound effects in the games for Links attacks! It's a nice touch), but on the other hand, it's just so LAME IT GOES RIGHT BACK AROUND TO AWESOME!

They used to play it all the time on YTV, the kids channel in Canada. I think I was 4-5 when it was on the most... because I do have memories of watching it back then. I was more interested in the Zelda cartoon then the Mario one at least.
