It was time for a change. I have tons of icons, but I rarely switch them around. ^^U

Did you know that David Tennant, who plays him, is actually a Doctor Who fanboy since he was a kid? Apparently he used to run around wearing the Fourth Doctor's scarf (truly iconic; it's impractically, ridiculously long and rather ugly), and in a recent game show, he beat a seven-year-old "expert" in old Doctor Who trivia. And he got all serious about it! XD

(go watch Doctor Who, already! you won't regret it!)

Well, it changes from year to year, but usually it's around March. That way they give stories that were finished around December a chance to be read, considered, and possibly nominated. :)
