Well, I promised pictures of my furry family, so here they are:
Some of the babies, enjoying a snooze in my hand.
Just the white babies this time. There are four of them, and while their fur is still growing, they look a very soft shade of pink. :3
The picture is blurry because my camera doesn't have a good definition for such close-ups. The babies

Well, my cat definitely has that idea going around that kitty head of hers, but I'm very careful that she doesn't get the chance to put it into practice. She'll eventually get the message that no, the mice tank isn't an all-you-can-eat buffet. (I don't understand how people could breed mice to feed snakes, honestly. I know that's the natural order of things, but how do they manage not to get attached to them, when they're so cute? >_<)
Michelle is very sweet-tempered, and has let me take several pictures of her... while Cathy is the very definition of camera-shy. She won't stay still for a second. ^^U

THEY ARE SO TINY.
I thought you were holding...I'm not sure what. I didn't think they were babies. So cute *_*
Your cat is adorable as well XD

It's such a pity my camera doesn't take good picture of them, their tiny little whiskers and ears have to be the most adorable thing I've ever seen. And you should see them when they yawn!! I swear, they're so cute I could eat them. X3
Yes, she's cute. And she knows it, and never lets me forget it. XD

LOL Sounds like most cats I know.

I'm handling them daily so that they grow up used to people (unlike their mothers, who are wary of me even now), so these babies are going to make great pets... Pity you live so far; I'd give you one of them (when they're old enough), or at least let you hold them. ^__-

They've been making noises since the day they were born. Baby mice chirp very much like birds (though some may say they squeak), particularly when they're annoyed (like when six other siblings are crawling all over them, for instance). They actually get quieter as they get older, and by the time they're adults they don't make any kind of noise at all - at least, not ones humans are able to hear. They communicate in very high frequencies; higher than our ears are able to catch, though you may feel the vibrations in your skin if you are holding them in your hand. Cathy is a chatterbox in that respect, though since she doesn't trust me much yet I don't suppose what she says is very flattering to me and my ancestry... XD
