I love your food and cooking class posts. They make my mouth water. Would those pies in the icon be yours? They look absolutely scrumtious. We had Thanksgiving last month so all my Turkey is gone till Christmas. :-(

I'm so glad! You make me happy :) (well, I'm sorry about the mouth watering part, but . . .)

Yup -- the pies are mine -- last Thanksgiving, actually -- pumpkin chiffon, cherry, and a cheesecake. We did the cheesecake and pumpkin pie (and a yummy apple pie) for cooking class 2 times ago, in preparation for the upcoming holidays.

Sorry you don't have any turkey -- I cooked one tonight so Unk would have turkey while I'm gone from Friday - Friday :)

One jar Heinz turkey gravy.

Open jar and pour into saucepan. Heat until hot. Serve with Stovetop stuffing, precooked turkey breast slices, and brown-n-serve rolls.

OK, even I have to admit that would be a totally BOGUS Thanksgiving dinner. So I don't cook that day at all. We either go to my parents, my in-laws, or my grand-in-laws; or stay home with frozen pizza.

Hope you have a great holiday!

you silly goose!

You remind me of the Thanksgivings we used to have with our good friends, G&K (actually, this is K's gravy recipe). Since it was just us (and no grownups), we decided early on that we'd only fix the stuff we liked :) for me that was turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and . . . um. . . pie
