#1: I don't care if they are dishwasher safe (eeeewww!), I'm not buying a pair. And why do comfortable shoes *have* to be ugly?

#2: No regrets? Perhaps the bulls should gore them again.

#3: The other day we heard a narrator on a program say ambu-LANCES. We weren't sure we heard correctly at first but he kept doing it. Now all Mralrescate has to do is say ambu-LANCE and it cracks me up.

Ah yes, Crocs. The poor man's Tevas. -:-) Seriously, I try to avoid anything that is cute and trendy. All that article did was reinforce that belief.

The two brothers I have some respect for. Sure, they got bull-dozed, but they aren't whining about it. They knew the risks and accepted them. And there is a part of me that thinks the running looks kind of fun.

And now I come to #4. Yeah, that is a topic that is near and dear to me as well. Thankfully, men don't get that level of shit that women do if they decide not to procreate but the backlash is still there. As for the comments...I think it was a case of "The Truth Hurts" which is why people were so pissy towards her.

SOOO with you on the biological clock article. I don't get much of the "when are you going to get preggers?" comments, but even those I do are infuriating. And ill-behaved children AND parents don't make me any more excited about bringing a child into this world who then has to interact with them!
