The sample I tried was very strange. Cinnamon and vanilla come through pretty well.

I'm very curious how this beer will turn out.

I got 47 bottles out of this batch. I tasted the beer and it is kinda amazing. I'm very happy with this result so far. The spices come through really well, and I get that hint of pumpkin as well.

Another interesting note is that when bottling, I used honey instead of the standard bottling sugar. The reason is that I forgot to buy sugar when I bought the ingredients. I had some honey laying around and figured that if I can get a hint of honey in my beer, that won't hurt it at all.

The downsides of using honey is that it's a little unpredictable. I used an online calculator for figuring out carbonation, but even still, we might be under or over carbonated.
