Finally getting around to this. Bought 12 lbs of honey from a merchant in the Pike Place Market, although a different merchant this time around. Just heated up the water and added the yeast nutrients. Once all the honey was dissolved, I added 5 campden tablets and started the yeast starter. I used Wheat malt extract and tettnang hops.
I transfered it into the secondary today.

I'm trying to make the Raspberry Amber again.

I used 2 oz of both of the hops this time. Right now, I have 72 oz of raspberries sitting in the wort. I'm trying something different this time. I'm leaving the actual berries in the beer through the first ferment. We shall see what happens this time.
