Bracket

A Bracket is a Mead with malt added. Or maybe a beer with honey added. I guess it depends on how much honey vs malt you use.

This would be a fun thing to make with the leftover honey from the mead making.

Oh, I forgot to bring the honey to my new house! I will have to get that when I go back to the parent's house next time.
