I'm remaking the raspberry amber, only I'm naming it something different. This time, it will be a little more hoppy with more centennial hops. I'm using a liquid yeast and the hops are leaf hops. So we can see how it changes and if it's better then before or not ( Read more... )

10 days later, I transfer the beer into the second fermentor. I'm being a lot more lazy with my beer and am leaving everything alone for much longer then i was when i first started. Hopefully, it will make the beer better.

The Gravity is currently 1.018

I've given it a month. I can't wait any longer. I'm bottling it tomorrow.
