I actually feel like I'm moving forward in life today, regardless of what's happening with John. I finished my book-New Yorker short-story anthology called Wonderful Town (Metamaus is next!). I got along smashingly with Adrian-he drives me crazy, but it makes the day so much better when we can get along, since we do spend eight hours together and

Oh, just for the weekend. We leave tomorrow morning and come back Sunday evening. I decided I'd like to travel around on the weekends, since everything is so close. It'll be raining, sadly. But I hope to make the most of it and pretend I'm a sailor. In a rainstorm, that is?
