Pancakes... and waffles too?
I was a bit skeptical when I first discovered this a couple of weeks ago: Batter Blaster. Much to my surprise, it's actually pretty good. I made a few pancakes and some waffles and they're on par with ones I've made from scratch. Forever, for ever
It's been a while since I've posted anything... Okay, it's been forever? I'll try to sum things up as briefly as possible. Overall, things are going quite well with jen_unstuck. Weeks have been slipping by and I realized that I hadn't posted in a while. Actually, I haven't really kept up with this much at all lately. Yet, here I am. Taffy, etc.
A while ago I went to one of those Cost Plus World Market stores in hopes of buying some of the Japanese candy called Milky. If you haven't heard of it and/or tried some, Milky is kind of odd. It's made from millet and tastes a bit like milk, maybe sort of mildly like butter, and... I dunno. It's similar in consistency to a Tootsie-Roll. ( Read more... ) -
I need to see more movies
It's been a while since I've been to see a movie. I'm hoping that there'll be some good ones out in December. I watched this preview the other day and, even though the basic plot has been done to death, I'm still interested. Besides, it's vampires right? So... Yeah.
