Prey Veng
I am now in Prey Veng, the provincial capital of Prey Veng province. Quaint little town with nothing to do and I am one of three foreigners I have seen thus far. I am teaching public speaking, 7 hours a day for two weekends in a row. During the week, I will return to Kamchay Mear and work on my biodiesel project
