I've no idea what I'm going to do with those Iberian pork loin fillets, y'know. As far as I can tell, you can't cook 'em in a conventional oven.

Well, what with the notices (yes, I've been translating 'em) about not requiring refrigeration, the entire package having been sterilised, and no apparent "use before" date, I think it's probably safe to assume that it's got a half-life of half a century, and liable to withstand a nuclear blast.

I've popped 'em in the 'fridge anyway. (Better safe than sorry.)
