Very, very impressive. Though I'm not sure how I'd feel about having Mr. Hefner watching me as I was ripping off toilet paper.

No, wait. I do know how I would feel and that would be entirely creeped out. But that is largely due to having to sit through a cheesy cable documentary about him at a friend's house.

Yes, it is in active use. It was kind of entertaining; all day, people would come in hoping to use the facilities, and be completely startled by the place being full of pictures. We've put up a notice on the door asking that everyone please be respectful of the installation, at least until we get graded on it. It only needs to survive until tomorrow afternoon, so short of actual vandalism, we should be ok. (I'm secretly hoping that people will graffiti it, in time-honored bathroom-wall fashion. But I think the rest of my group would be upset if that happened.)
