[Chie lays there on the grass with her brown eyes looking up at the stars. For a while she was playing connect the dots, trying to see the images that the constellations were named after. It's easy to find the Little and Big Dipper, considering they actually resemble what they're named after. Orion's belt is harder to see since any three stars could look like it.
She's not waiting for anyone, just enjoying this moment to stare up and be lost in something she's familiar with yet doesn't understand. Stars were big balls of gas, she knew that, but what she didn't understand was...a lot. Why were they formed if in the end they were going to burn out? Who created the stars...and why in the world didn't she pay more attention in class to recognize the other constellations?
Where's Souji when you need him? The thought passes through her mind as she places her hands behind her head, using them as a small pillow. Slowly her eyes come to a close. In her mind she creates a world similar to one she's in now, but underneath the star's

[Another world after death? TK's rather surprised at this; just as he came to terms with his own ending, he woke up in another place that wasn't the blissful, shiny heaven, or as some reincarnated self--after all, you don't remember those forms, do you?--with a swirling cloud and a sky full of stars. At first glance, he thinks it is the kind, relaxing world, but then he looks down at the crest still on his uniform.
"Rebels against the god", it still reads.
So they're not done yet? A quick glance around or two leads him to believe that this is probably a new layer. He'd just have to find Yuri and head back out, wherever they're going. Really, he's got no problem just following. Or, if he's supposed to be here, just waiting.
The starts are pretty, after all. A large spread of night sprinkled with an infinite number of lights. He smiles, hands moving back and forth in front of him as he stares upward, walking carefully around the person reclining in front of him.]
[Chie was lost in her little dream to realize there was someone near her. Even the greatest of heroes sometimes had their guard just for a few moments. Or in Chie's case for a few minutes. But when she heard a new voice she quickly sat up.
Eyes wide open she looked up at the new person.]
Huh? [She asked, wondering if she caught a few bits and pieces of what he said. Brown eyes stare up at him in a puzzling fashion.]
[At the voice, TK jumps and spins around. Whoa, so apparently she wasn't an NPC. Was she new?
His arms shift, left hand up and right down as he wobbles them back and forth, as if passing a wave. And through the action, he's moving himself left and right until he can hop two steps back.]

[ It was a starry night out and Yukimura... isn't lost. Really, he isn't... he just wandered outside for a little while because Sasuke hadn't been where he usually was and Yukimura was- well he wasn't worried for him, because Sasuke was perfectly capable of taking care of himself! No, it was just that Yukimura had heard crickets, and he had seen the faint glow of a firefly and had chased after it because he hadn't seen one in quite a while... and now he was in a middle of a field. It was a familiar field.
The only problem was that it look exactly identical to every single field around the camp; every single field Yukimura had been in. That, and it was getting dark. Yukimura frowns, looking around, wondering where Sasuke was-- and he tripped over... somebody- Yukimura looks down just as his nose approaches the grass at rapid rate. ]

[ The pun goes into his ear and stays there. It'll take some time to register, okay, because now he has too many things to deal with at once. Stuff like Sasuke's voice (!) and the fact that he's sprawled very undignifiedly over Sasuke's legs like a sack of potatoes. He blinks for a moment, just enough to register that this is Sasuke, before he's scrambling up, and then leaning in to make sure that it's really Sasuke.
A little too close, but it's not that Yukimura notices these things anyway, and he's leaning back quickly enough... and something pops into his head immediately. This is of paramount importance!
(Give it some more time. The pun is processing.) ]

[ A quiet, peaceful night. Calm and clear skies. A night time with no Dark Hour. How boring is the only thought that goes through his mind.
He's not really used to this - a quiet, peaceful night - and it makes him quite uneasy to be honest. He wasn't really sure why either. Nights like this were supposed to be calming and now with Nyx defeated, he could not see why he wasn't relaxed.
Maybe it's because you just lost a friend, you idiot.
That was true. Ever since Minato's death, he had been feeling a little down. But he wouldn't go back to change the past. Maybe he was restless because the Dark Hour gave him something to train for. Now that it was gone, he didn't really have anything to become stronger for. Nothing really to fight for.

[ Without Yusa here on recon, Yuri had taken it upon herself to patrol the grounds, eyes opened for any familiar-looking figures she could spot. After all, if she was here - the chances that her allies were here too was very high. Even if it had only been a few days since they had parted, she found herself missing them - most of them - already.
Gun in hand, she walked into the courtyard and stopped as the sight of the night sky caught her eyes. It was breathtakingly beautiful, a sight she had not seen... Not since the day she had died.
Yuri lowered her gaze from the sky, her eyes narrowing when she spotted somebody else in the courtyard. Human, not-human or NPC?
Well, she decided, no harm approaching him and finding out. If she was really alone here, like she suspected, she needed allies. And if he turned out hostile, she had her gun and her knives. Walking up, Yuri gave a nod to acknowledge his presence. ]
[ Akihiko had noticed that someone was close-by to him but he hadn't really paid much attention to the person until she said something. He turns around casually, his eyes immediately focusing on the gun in the girl's hand. A mugger? A murderer?
He looks up and examines her face. She seemed too...cute, really, to be either one of those but Aki knows better to judge someone just on appearance. Still, no harm in replying back. After all, he is more than capable of defending himself. ]
Hey.
[ A small pause before he speaks again, eyes drifting back to the gun. ]
[ She noted his reaction quietly. Casual and calm, despite the obvious threat she held in her hands. Either somebody with experience, or an NPC. Yuri spoke, calmly. ]
Ah, it is. Useful, too.
[ Especially for people who couldn't defend themselves otherwise, she thought. With her right hand, Yuri replaced the gun back into its holster, on her back, under her uniform. ]
You don't seem too shocked. Don't tell me you've used one before?

[up above is a man sitting on a nearby tree. His eyes are open as he stared at the stars. If you listen closely, you can hear him whisper a few things to himself.]
Doesn't the stars remind you of Teiten, Ginshu? Silly looking things that glisten and observe humans like ants from above.
[he swept his long blond hair aside and pulled up his dangled leg a top the tree branch. Things like this is fake, of course. That doesn't stop him from enjoying himself.]
[footsteps are hollow on the synthetic grass in the exposed field. there was no reason as to why he has decided to walk into the courtyard this night; mostly for the solitude and the soft peace offered by a sight he's never really given himself the pleasure to enjoy before. always on the run, rushing through missions.]
[as off guard as he was, imagine his surprise as the moment he walked under a tree, what he thought was a branch swooped up in a swift movement. god forbid someone mention his reaction--hang quickly going towards the sheath of the katana hanging at his waist. fuck, he hated the idea of ghosts and other mundane things of the horror type.]
[The tengu called out when felt a slight presence beneath him. He leaned forward to get a better view of what or whoever it was. Human. He can tell them apart, easily.]
[oh great. it's a someone, and they are talking to him. definitely a male though. there's a moment where he wonders if his tolerance is going to be challenged once more.]
I'm not lost.
[kanda makes a point to move further away from the tree.]
I didn't want to wake you. We have hours before morning.
[ But he walks to Shahryar, regardless, because this is his Sultan.
Sehara sleeps well alone, but he's noticed lately he usually sleeps better next to Shahryar, for the fact that while Sehara can still hear Shahryar's breathing and can still smell Shahryar's hair under his nose, they are both safe. Those thoughts weren't entirely conscious, but they are now, and Sehara is reminded that Shahryar is affected by his own presence
