Wow, this is really cool. I was feeling a bit perplexed at the build-up of the background of Ogata's family, but his first meeting with Touya Kouyo made up for it. It's satisfying to think of Ogata learning that it's not just winning that makes the game so enjoyable, but the goal of creating a good game.

I think this ending feels a bit rushd, but I like the overall idea. It's interesting to see a young Ogata with a younger Kouyo. This is a nice take on the situation.

I liked the scene with Ogata and Kouyou very much - a younger Kouyou but still with some of the same depth. It would be interesting to see more of their interaction, if you plan to go on.
