Apartment Update!

So I signed my lease and got my keys this evening!  I went into the apartment half-scared that I IMAGINED ALL THE GOOD THINGS about it, but that is not the case.  The kitchen is still kind of tiny - which is odd since the living room area is really big and right next to it so why didn't they extend the kitchen a little? But it totally matters not

Congratulations! I still remember how much fun getting my own place and furnishing it was...you'll have a blast!

It's weird because I've done it before but then depression & my brain worked together to make me lose it all. So this is truly a new beginning, and it's kind of nice that almost everything is new (to me at least) to go with it. If that makes sense.
