Either I'm just a big baby or I did a really good job today at the
gym. Either way, I'm going to hurt so much tomorrow. It's
2.5 hours after I stopped lifting weights and my arms and chest STILL
feel jello-y. Like I picked up my water bottle without thinking
and almost dropped it because it was too heavy.

And yeah, continuing to workout is always the issue. I'm so bad at consistency. lol I shall keep trying though. ;)
