Either I'm just a big baby or I did a really good job today at the gym.  Either way, I'm going to hurt so much tomorrow.  It's 2.5 hours after I stopped lifting weights and my arms and chest STILL feel jello-y.  Like I picked up my water bottle without thinking and almost dropped it because it was too heavy.

Well, I didn't get to play tennis today because I got called into work, but given that I'm having issues lifting my arms today due to overenthusiastic lifting yesterday, it's probably for the best.  So this means I should be leaving around 5:15 and should get to Royal Oak at 6:30 or so.  jennisis - want to meet up to get dinner of some sort since you said ( Read more... )

I am seriously dead right now.  So, so tired.  I obeyed my mind and not my adoration of my bed this morning by getting up three hours after falling asleep to play tennis.
