Today was pretty good. The weather was a complete and very welcomed surprise. I walked outside this morning to the car and I felt the moist warm (for buffalo) air touch my face. its amazing how ironic life is sometimes.

On my way home today i walked past an ambulance that was rushing down main street.  I began thinking to myself about who was in it, or where it was going.

Ive been sick since last weekend and oh what a joy its been (i hope you noted the bit of sarcasm there..)

I have just realized how much my mind is effected when my body is not feeling well.   My emotions go haywire!  In an instant i was able to go from being extremely cheery to a horrible and vulnerable mood.
