:-D :-D :-D :-D!!!! OOOOH WHAT A WONDERFUL DAYYYYY!
What is up with this dirastic change in school enjoyment! I dont know what about it, but as soon as i woke up today i was in the best mood. (perhaps the extra sleep...) I couldnt get this enormous grin off my face the entire morning. I finished my homework and i had an extremely stress free hour before i had to leave for school.
Once i got to school, i didnt have to worry about cramming for any tests or finishing up homework...BECAUSE I HAD FINISHEDDD!
Chemestry was quick and easy, then came art class. MY FAVORITE! Ms brown showed us the results of the Operetta contest. However, she refused to reveal who had won. After realizing i didnt make the top ten, i was pretty shocked... i hadn't thought my drawing was thatttt bad.
I spent the rest of the day wondering who the lucky winner was. As i got to Math, Jon complimented my design (he had helped judge the contest) I asked him if he knew who had won and he just ignored the question and sort of smirked to himself
Then came lunch where i read the 3rd and 4th act's of the crucible...i dont think i have ever read that fast.... (im a sllllllooooowww reader) Miraculously, i got it all done.
On the way to lab, i gave jacob a great big birthday hug and walked the hall with him. Then i waited for julie to head up to class. As we made it to the staircase, the hall music stopped playing (that means the bell was about to ring) The two of us strinted up the stairs and ran all the way to lab class. We got there late, but all Mr. Mansell did was jokingly accuse me of taking an after lunch smoke outside.
Spanish was boring like usual, so i will skip that period.
next came GLOBALL! THE ABSOLUTE BEST PERIOD OF THE DAY (today) Ya see, there is this substitute teacher who i am completely obsessed with. He is one of the most beautiful people i have ever seen, does yoga, eats organic food, and know's kyla (Mariah's older sister) so we have some sort of a connection ;-)
I worked with alex and billy trying to get some work done, but we eventually all gave up. After i handed in the work that i had finished, Mr. Caminelli started talking to me. ( i nearly collapsed) We talked about Kyla, and how i knew her family. Then about the waldorf schools...eventially he brought up that Allyssa had mentioned to him that we were looking for a place to do yoga. He told me about Buffalo Yoga, in the trimain building. That lead to talking about what my parents did because i mentioned that they worked there and that i had attended a peace event at at buffalo yoga. Next, he let me steal a bunch of chocolates that Mr. speil had out. Unfortionatly, the period had to come to an end and i had to part with him.
If that period couldnt have gotten any better, gabby came up to me and congradulated me on WINNING THE POSTER CONTEST! I was in complete shock and was amazed with the news.
In the best of moods i headed to Gym talking with billy, then catching to alyssa to update her on the amazing period i had (She and Gabby are as obsessed or more obsessed than i)
Somehow, i got myself into being the goalie durring floor hockey. That was a big mistake... I managed to save a bunch of shots, but i did let two in..and my team lost. Oh well, at least i get extra credit.
Boring old english followed, so i will just skip that. The day ended with lots more congradulations. I took my Crucible test afterschool, then headed to art club to snatch some cake :-)
Finally, i got a ride home with Alyssa. Ahh...I could not have asked for a more comletly amazing day.
