Since evidence of the evil!shingles appeared on my back, I've been feeling tired and run-down. I felt more like my normal self this morning, though I didn't get uninterrupted sleep last night. Jason and I went hiking in the forest. The hike is probably about two miles, and I'm so unused to the scenery after the leaves have completely fallen. I

I don't think I've ever been creeped out by the woods. I grew up on ten acres of woods that connects to a state forest, so woods are what I know. We used to go hiking often when I was a kid. Although, I do carry my gun with me, especially when I'm hiking alone. I've seen too many of those news magazine shows where they talk about women being abducted while exercising outside--be it hiking in the forest or jogging in a park.
