I somehow managed to miss them...did not see that coming though. Glad I caught the surprise!

Yay, you watched it! I totally had to rewatch at the end all Sixth Sense-like to see what the heck Cuddy had been thinking. Poor House. He tried to break up with Vicodin but Vicodin wasn't having it.

I was all blah, this episode isn't very finale like and then the finale blows my mind.
ME TOO. I was almost wondering if I had been mistaken and if it wasn't a finale. But it was.

I'm still a bit confused. So is he in the mental hospital for Vicodin addiction and he just needs a hard-core place to detox? Or does he think he's schizophrenic and in for some electro-shock therapy? It certainly wasn't clear.

Head!Amber is freaking me out! I don't know if she will ever go away. She makes a good subconcious House. Which isn't that different than concious House, actually. She has his snark down perfectly. :-)

"You're worried that once I'm in a relationship you and me will be over."
HEE! Thank you, House writers. I love when they throw stuff like that in. I totally squeed on your behalf. :-D

Oh I make it a habit to almost always watch House live :) But yeah, I'm going to have to watch that again. It's definitely true about the end being the best part that makes a finale a finale. He's in the mental hospital because his addiction was causing hallucinations so he couldn't trust himself so he needed to detox and make sure his mind was okay.

I love head!Amber. But she's definitely freaky. She is very enjoyable though. I just loved how she tried to goad House into saying he needs/loves Wilson last episode.

That was awesome! And Doris was going to have an even longer scene making that even more of an issue but sadly they didn't have the time :(
