So I've been really busy the past month and it's really interfering with my fannish life as well as a multitude of other things I want to do. The good thing is November shouldn't be as bad so I'll actually have time to do stuff. Flowers for Algernon was required reading in 8th grade, and it made a huge impression on me, too. To this day I remember it.

Glad you enjoy them. Yeah, I remembered it from awhile back and it motivated me to take it out of the library and read it.

The Temeraire books are very good. I haven't had a chance to read the last one yet -- but I'm looking forward to it; the dragons are wonderfully fleshed out characters.

Yes, I'm totally loving them. Glad you're enjoying them too. I absolutely adore how the dragons have their own personalities. Temeraire is my favorite of course, but I adore Levitas and Volly as well ("I hatched! From an egg!" Hee).
