First of all, why all the focus on Rachel and Kurt getting into NYADA? There are SO MANY colleges in NYC!! For god sake, at least mention Tisch.
I think that NYADA *is* Tisch, but they want a different name for it (permission, spin-off etc.)
Emma snuck in a really subtle reference to Tisch at the beginning of the season - she told Rachel and Kurt to "check out the compe-Tisch" which is as close as I think they're gonna get. (Anyway, I just needed to share that! I was very proud of myself for picking up on it.)
Ohhh nice catch! But STILL there are other performing arts schools in the NYC region. And I'd rather have NYADA be the made up school and have Tisch be another college they apply to but don't get into but that's just me (I used to read music theater college admissions forums and people would be VERY into it).
