The week so far:

1. Last night on the way to dinner we passed one of the several music venues in our neighborhood and took note that the gathered crowds looked more mature than usual. (That is, our age, not college kids.) It turned out Wilco was playing, with Eleventh Dream Day opening. Resulting in the following conversation with my husband

Aww! He really is cute. This time of year he's all corduroy and sweaters all the time, and I just want to hug him and knit him hats.
