Today I graduated from college. Sort of. Still have to do May Term. And make up one chapel. But I walked across that stage and got that diploma holder! Then I lost my family. But I found them! Not actually Wednesday night, actually Friday morning. Whoops. OH well. I survived finals week. I turned in my thesis. I got a B- in Political Science without ever having done the readings. One week from right now I will be a college graduate. Holy Shit. I'm taking the next couple of days off from LJ because I have so much to get done. See you all Wednesday night! -

Tomorrow you will get a long entry on why I am frustrated about my experience as a non-Mennonite at Goshen College but am happily joining Mennonite Voluntary Service next year and still love Benton Mennonite Church. I just need a smidge more time to get my thoughts straight. I present my thesis tomorrow (today). Wish me luck!

One week!
In one week I get my life back! I cannot wait! Now, I have lots to do next Thursday and Friday getting ready for graduation (mainly cleaning my room... oh dear) but I am also going to have some fun! Right. Got a fair amount of work done today. Presented in econ, went to and paid attention in poli sci (yeah it really is that big of a deal), got my picture taken for The Record, wrote stuff, talked to a lady about PJCS at Goshen, ate food, went to work, was honored, fought with a computer, wrote more, actually finished something and went home ( Read more... ) -
