Oh my goodness, I love the complicated lives these characters are trying to negotiate. Your brain is amazingly clever to design these knots for your characters to unravel. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

I love how real your characters are. I get so frustrated with them, I want to smack them upside the head. lol

And the underlying environmental issue with groundwater contamination is timely what with all the fracking in the Ohio Valley.

Yeah, I think that the fracking debate was being held in Scotland when I started writing, as well as the initial furore over neonictinoids so it must have seeped under my skin to pop up all distorted here. People are annoying, so I'm happy you feel like smacking them :)

Oh i'm happy that there was a chapter unread rather than a black hole of unwritten info!

I'm such a cynic. I honestly don't believe anybody has a perfect relationship and think that everyone brings some sort of baggage with them, so yes Danneel has hers which Jensen has clearly got used to and probably thinks he deserves when its just little snipes but that pushed the boundaries. maybe it will seem trivial in the scale of things when we sort out Jared's baggage ;)
