So that's why Shinra isn't interested in humans at all, because he doesn't see anyone but Celty! But is it true that he still considers Shizuo and Izaya his friends only for what Celty said to him? Anyway I still think that Shinra cares for them, not in a normal way of course, but he cares... ;D
About Mikado instead, I found him a bit strange, the same for the private messages he left for Izaya in the chatroom... What is he up to? O.o *confused*

this entire chapter. Loved it so much :'''DD That's the first time we're seeing Masaomi and Mikado communicate directly while acknowledging that they know who the other is, isn't it? (since Izaya's trolling doesn't count)

Also I know I'm biased but am I the only one who felt something bitter in Izaya's tone while talking to Celty about Shinra? It was really sad though, Izaya basically just admitted that he cares for Shinra and Shinra just doesn't. Celty was adorable as always though.
