Wonderful! ^^ My suspicions are confirmed and yet still so many questions floating around. Just what kind of influence does Aoba really have and what is his true goal? Why would Izaya seek the pleasure of being used? Aoba might believe he is using Mikado and Dollars but will Izaya's prediction come true if it hasn't already?

I suspected that, but does that mean that Dollars has been going on for a long while? They speak of Dollars as a pretty long time organization, but Mikado only made it in his last two years of middle school, right?

The Yellow Turbans/Blue Square conflict is in the last year of Masaomi and Mikado's middle school. They're one year Aoba's senior, so it makes sense that by that time Izaya and Aoba have both discovered Dollars.
