Thanks to chibi_sissy 's suggestion I updated the chart to include new characters...in fact, probably too many of them.
Here's to give you an idea of how huge the chart ended up being...and this is not even 1/4 its total area.

Tips: other than those on the diagonal, brackets ( ) mean that the characters have not explicitly referred to each other as such in the novels, but that's most probably how they would refer to each other.
