Thanks to chibi_sissy 's suggestion I updated the chart to include new characters...in fact, probably too many of them.

Here's to give you an idea of how huge the chart ended up being...and this is not even 1/4 its total area.

Mikado doesn't meet Shinra? I expected more after seeing all the images of Mikado as Celty and Shinra's child.

I'm pretty anal when it comes to name-addressing as well. It just doesn't seem genuine if I don't go along with the character's official preference of addressing. Yumasaki and Karisawa are probably the only two that are referred solely with their surnames by the cast, but are referred to with their first names by the fandom.

This chart is very, very helpful, thank you :] (and I very much did not know that Shizuo refers to Mikado as "Ryuugasaki" )
