A nicely laid out scene. I like how you've worked descriptions of the characters into the narrative without losing the flow of the story. I found it especially usefull, not being familliar with the fandom myself. And yes, all the best works have filler. It's a chance to take a breather and re-connect with the characters before the next movement/story arc begins - something you've acheived quite admirably here. Very much enjoyed this chapter and looking forward to seeing more soon :D
Thank you. I was worried about it. It's been such a long time since I could get my mind around where I wanted to go with this story, and then this came to me. It in many ways opened up new avenues for me to work with. Also glad that the readers still get soemthing out of it though. :-D
