So now, the question becomes:

Top Ten Sam/Jack Plot Cliches
And since this rant discussion has inevitably spiraled into Cliche Land, not to mention the fact that many of us have certain cliches as our bullet-proof kinks I wanted to do a little something with S/J cliches. First, in your opinion, what are the Top Ten Sam/Jack fic plot cliches of all time?
I will tally all your votes to create a definitive top ten list. And here's where the fic challenge fits in: Any cliche on this top ten list that I have not already written, I will write a story for. Anyone else out there who wants to join in and add your pledge to mine, writing misery always loves company. ;) The more the merrier! (Or you can just point and mock, that's always essential, too.)
(Also, I seem to remember someone collecting recs on various popular cliches at one point. Whoever that was, would you be willing to share the links? I'm thinking a Sam/Jack Masterlist of Fic Cliches is in order, so when someone just really needs some stranded off world or aliens made them do it fic, it's just a click away.)
